Model 1010 LCC and JLCC accelerometer chips from Silicon Designs (www.SiliconDesigns.com) are rugged, easy-to use sensor chips for measuring shock and vibration. The low cost, industrial grade 1010 accelerometer has low impedance outputs, includes a sigma-delta A/D converter, and is ideally suited for zero to medium frequency instrumentation applications. Each miniature, hermetically sealed package combines a MEMS capacitive sensing element, a custom integrated circuit and a sensing amplifier.
