A new concept in analog data recording is now available with
the compact, portable, multi-channel SOLTEC IR-DAS Model DF-1100 Data
Acquisition Recorder with Integrated Non-Contact Thermal Image Cameras. Multi-channels of Voltage, Current,
Thermocouple, Strain, and Transducers that measure Pressure, Load, Displacement/Position,
Torque, Charge & Acceleration can now be displayed on a built-in,
brilliant color touch screen, measured, printed, and permanently recorded
into memory, all time synchronized
with Non-Contact Infrared Thermal Images/Temperature Profiles along with real
time video. This new feature, unique to
SOLTEC, has opened new measurement applications where temperature profile
changes of systems under test can be time correlated with measured analog data.
The DF-1100 system uses the same plug-in Signal Conditioning
Sensor Interface Modules as the popular SOLTEC Model TA220-2000 Series Data
Acquisition Recorders. The DF-1100
contains eight plug-in module slots to allow measurement from 1 to 16-channels
of analog data simply by inserting the appropriate Signal Conditioning Sensor
Interface Module(s). Connect any of the famous
NEC-Avio Series of fixed or portable Infrared Thermal Imaging Cameras via
Ethernet to the DF-1100 to provide crisp, high resolution/accuracy temperature
readings and profiles that are recorded time synchronous with the analog
measurements.
All analog data channels are independent, isolated, and
synchronously sampled to remove any time skew between channels. Data sample rates are selectable up to 1MHz. Expanded Arithmetic and FFT operators are
included for performing operations between channels.
The color display of data, thermal profile and real time
video can be arranged to suit the user format preferences including digital
data and XY & YT graphs. A built-in,
high resolution thermal array printer provides convenient printout of real time
or selected memory data. A typically
configured DF-1100 systems weighs approximately 8.5kg, suitable for both field
and laboratory use.
