Stafford Custom Shaft Collars can incorporate O-ring grooves, press-fit pins, drilled and tapped holes, milled slots, cam surfaces, knurls, flanges, spherical bores, internal or external threads, metal targets, wrenching flats and other requirements.

Designed to enhance part functionality, they can feature one-piece, two-piece, hinged, and set-screw styles and are available in many sizes, materials, and finishes.

Stafford Custom Shaft Collars can be machined from alloy steels, stainless alloys, titanium, aluminum, brass, bronze, Teflon®, Delrin®, nylon, and other materials and cab ne supplied in single to production quantities.

Ranging from 1/8" to 13" I.D., dimensional tolerances of <0.001" and run-out and concentricity of <0.001" T.I.R. can be produced, depending upon configuration.
