Stafford Accu-Flange™ Collars and Precision Sleeve Flange Couplings offer machinery builders a reliable mounting method for attaching a wide variety of components such as pulleys and cams.

Featuring integral mounting flanges with three through holes and three tapped holes, the shaft collars are machineable and the couplings have a solid center section that provides a close tolerance fit on ground shafting.

Supplied with a standard keyway, Stafford Accu-Flange™ Collars and Precision Sleeve Flange Couplings are available with 1/2" to 1-1/2" bores in stainless steel, steel and aluminum and will not mar expensive shafts.

Collars retain their perpendicularity and the couplings (designed for use on supported shafts) maintain <.001 TIR concentricity to assure precise shaft alignment.
