The DP103 is designed for exceedingly low differential pressure measurement applications where high accuracy is required under rough physical and environmental conditions. With full scale ranges as low as 0.1 Inch H2O, even the most demanding low pressure measurements are possible. The symmetrical pressure cavities and small volumetric displacement of the DP103 provide fast response for accurate dynamic pressure measurements.
Corrosive gases are easily handled as all surfaces exposed to the pressure media are 410 stainless steel. Overpressures as high as 200% FS will not destroy the diaphragm and, with re-calibration, the instrument may continue to be used. When combined with a Validyne carrier demodulator, the DP103 will produce a +/-10 Vdc or 4-20 mA signal proportional to differential pressures as low as +/-0.1 In H2O.
The DP103 comes with 10 feet of cable terminated by a connector in the standard configuration. Other lengths and connection options are available. With proper extension cabling, the DP103 may be located 1000 feet or more from the electronics.
