TI5 Powdered Metal Thread Mills come with a TiCN coating. They arc more break resistant than carbide, excelling where rigidity is a problem. Staggered Tooth Thread Mills have every other tooth removed in a staggered pattern. This reduces the side cutting pressure in half while still cutting the entire form.
