HT640/S are sold exclusively through Linx and form the basis for the KH Series RF modules and the Holtek-based OEM products. These chips can be combined with the LC or LR Series RF modules to create a mixed system of custom data and encoded data. The 2¹² Series offers 12 bits of address and data in DIP and SMD packages.
