The 1216 Axial Torsion Cells are engineered to provide extremely accurate measurement of axial force while simultaneously measuring torque. The 1216 can measure axial force in tension or compression and either clockwise or counterclockwise torque. The 1216 includes Interface's unique compensation for extraneous loads. The "Highwayman" torque multiplier has been designed for use where it is necessary to provide higher torques than would otherwise be possible due to limitations of space or operator strength. Input to the multiplier is via a ratchet torque wrench set to one fifth of the desired output torque. (read more)
