  • ACC Applauds EPA Stay of Boiler Rules

    ACC issued the following statement in response to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)'s decision to "stay" its emission standards and regulatory requirements for industrial boilers (Boiler MACT) and solid waste incinerators (CISWI). EPA will stay the rules until the reconsideration process is complete, or a court case is finalized, whichever is earlier. Last month, ACC joined other industry groups in filing a petition with EPA requesting a stay of the rules pending reconsideration.
