JacksonLea has a great new product - Nonwoven Abrasive Wave Ring Buffs!
This new product line from JacksonLea fills a market niche between nonwoven abrasive airway buffs and nonwoven abrasive flap brushes offering the best of both worlds, lower costs similar to nonwoven airway buffs but the straight line finishing and life of nonwoven flap brushes. (read more)
Glenro's high velocity hot air impingement industrial drying oven is used to dry a waterbased silicone finish on spunbonded polyester nonwoven web. High velocity hot air impingement speeds drying despite the web's wet pick-up. A mechanical subsystem raises the dryer's upper cap allowing complete access to the product web. It includes a complete control package and comes prewired and prepiped. (read more)
Glenro's infrared predryers increase the speed of heat processing operations for textile and nonwoven manufacturers. Infrared predrying accelerates evaporation and increases line speed. Predrying can be applied to processes where coatings, saturants, flockings, sizings, or backings are dried after application. Temperature control systems maintain product quality and prevent fabric damage. (read more)
Tolomatic has announced it now offers its popular Slide-Rite® Gearboxes in new 3:2 and 2:1 gear ratios and metric versions in 1:1 ratios. Slide-Rite Gearboxes feature Tolomatic's unique product design and manufacturing philosophy with Endurance TechnologySM for the most rugged products available that perform reliably right out of the box. The DELTA™ II Flow Ratio Controller is a critical process control instrument in the MKS line of digital control, web-enabled products providing the latest in gas flow ratio measurement and control technology necessary to meet the demands of multi-channel flow distribution. (read more)
Today's higher fuel prices demand better burner control to reduce operating costs and minimize emissions. SMARTLINK™ MRV Electronic Ratio Valves provide the advanced ratio control through a high degree of precision, repeatability and durability that combustion systems require and more. (read more)
A new series of –50 ratio gas boosters offering higher flow rates and faster fill times for a wide range of industrial and military applications has been introduced by Haskel International, Inc. The AG Series air driven gas boosters conform to MIL STD 1330D, the highest oxygen cleaning standard approved by the US Navy. (read more)
W.A. Kates Company has developed and patented a device called Solvair. This device is engineered to reduce Solvent consumption by over 50 percent, while reducing the time required to make color change. This supports reduced solvent costs, significantly lowers VOC emissions and faster production rates. (read more)
Using a variety of drylaid and wetlaid nonwovens, Ahlstrom has developed an extensive range of products serving niche applications in the air filtration market. (read more)
Five different mounting configurations for both round and pear-shaped gearhead footprints gives the designer added flexibility in packaging the Synchron Model 148 permanent magnet DC motor/gearheads. In addition, 364 standard gear ratios are available ranging from 1.3:1 up to 6,000,000:1 with a maximum torque rating on most gearheads above 300:1 of 30 oz-in. (read more)
