Melland to the company's board of directors.

Melland is president and chief executive officer of Dice Holdings, the leading global provider of career sites serving technology, engineering and finance & accounting professionals. Prior to joining Dice in 2001, he served in various information services leadership roles including president and chief executive officer of Vcommerce Corporation, senior vice president of interactive services for Cendant Corporation and vice president of investments and alliances for Ameritech. Melland holds a B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard University's Graduate School of Business Administration.
