Hydraulic Accumulators       Hydraulic accumulators use an incompressible fluid and a compressed gas, spring or raised mass to store energy, absorb shock, eliminate noise, and counter-balance loads. Devices that use a compressed gas such as nitrogen usually include separate fluid and gas compartments. The fluid section connects to the hydraulic circuit so that as pressure rises, fluid enters the accumulator and the gas is compressed. As pressure falls, the compressed gas expands and forces the stored fluid back into the system. Spring-loaded hydraulic accumulators are small, lightweight devices that are suitable for mobile applications with low volumes and pressures below 500 psi. Some hydraulic accumulators use a bellows as a spring cushion. Raised mass or weight-loaded devices often use concrete discs loaded onto an oversized piston. Typically, these units are found in high-demand applications such as steel mills.
Hydraulic Cylinders       Hydraulic cylinders are actuation devices that utilize pressurized hydraulic fluid to produce linear motion and force.  Hydraulic cylinders are used in a variety of power transfer applications.
Hydraulic Hose       Hydraulic hose is specifically designed to convey hydraulic fluid to or among hydraulic components, valves, actuators, and tools. It is typically flexible and often reinforced. Hydraulic systems frequently operate at high or very high pressures; multiple layers and several reinforcement designs are employed in the design of hydraulic hose.  Hydraulic hose is used in wide variety of industrial hydraulic systems.
Hydraulic Jacks       Hydraulic jacks are used for leveling or positioning heavy equipment, or for supporting structures. They use hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors to drive the jack.
Hydraulic Linear Actuators       Hydraulic linear actuators use a cylinder and hydraulic fluid for motive force. Like other hydraulic systems, the force applied at one point is transmitted to another point using an incompressible fluid. A hydraulic linear actuator requires relatively little maintenance and can operate for prolonged periods of time under adverse environmental conditions. Consequently, hydraulic linear actuators are often used in hydraulic table lifts and hydraulic cab lifts. A hydraulic table lift is designed to raise and position heavy workpieces for material handling and loading applications.
Hydraulic Motors       Hydraulic motors are powered by pressurized hydraulic fluid and transfer rotational kinetic energy to mechanical devices. Hydraulic motors, when powered by a mechanical source, can rotate in reverse direction and act as a pump.
Hydraulic Power Units       Hydraulic power units provide pressurized flow to hydraulic motors, cylinders, and other hydraulic components. Hydraulic power units (HPUs) differ from pumps, as an HPU contains a fluid reservoir, multiple pump stages and coolers to keep fluid at a safe working temperature.
Hydraulic Pumps       Hydraulic pumps deliver high-pressure fluid flow to the pump outlet. Hydraulic pumps are powered by mechanical energy sources to pressurize fluid. A hydraulic pump, when powered by pressurized fluid, can rotate in a reverse direction and act as a motor.
Hydraulic Rams       Hydraulic rams are water-powered cyclic pumps that use the energy of a large amount of water falling a small height to lift a small amount of that water to a much greater height. In this way, water from a spring or stream in a valley can be pumped to a village or irrigation scheme on the hillside.  In general, a ram pump can pump approximately one tenth of the received water volume to a height ten times greater than the intake. A hydraulic ram pump is useful where the water source flows constantly and the usable fall from the water source to the pump location is at least 3 ft.
Hydraulic Rotary Actuators       Hydraulic rotary actuators use a pressurized, incompressible fluid to rotate mechanical components. They are faster and more powerful than pneumatic actuators because the high pressures used in hydraulic systems produce greater torque. Hydraulic rotary actuators use two types of rotational elements: circular shafts and tables. Typically, circular shafts include a keyway while tables include a bolt pattern for mounting other components. Single-shaft devices provide an output on only one side of the actuator. Double-shaft devices provide outputs on both sides of the actuator. To convert linear motion into shaft rotation, helical spline teeth on the shaft engage matching splines on the inside diameter of a piston. As hydraulic pressure is applied, the piston is displaced axially within the housing and the splines cause the shaft to rotate. When a control valve is closed, hydraulic fluid is trapped inside the housing and the shaft is locked in place. Single-piston devices drive a rack that rotates the pinion. Double-piston and four-piston devices drive racks on both sides of the pinion.
Hydraulic Valves       Hydraulic valves contain and transfer the flow and pressure of hydraulic fluid in hydraulic power systems. They range from simple shutoff valves to precision control valves. Common types of hydraulic valves include angle, ball, block and bleed, check, control, cartridge, directional, drain, needle, poppet, pressure relief, safety, servo, shut off, solenoid, spool, and stack mounted valves. In their unpowered state, hydraulic valves can be normally open (open center) or normally closed (closed center). Hydraulic valves with a tandem center connect the pressure and tank ports, but block the service ports to allow system unloading and isolation of the service lines. Devices with a float center allow the supply to be shut off and enable the load to move to other services.
Hydrostatic Drives       Hydrostatic drives consist of a hydraulic motor fed by a pump. Drive fluid flow is routed through a series of control valves and associated tubing. Hydrostatic drives are often used as a power transmission in engines with a variable speed output. They are capable of producing a continuous power curve, unlike a gear-based transmission that has peaks and valleys in its power production.
Complete Machine / System Rebuild       Supplier has capabilities or specializes in rebuilding, remanufacturing, and retrofitting existing hydraulic machines and equipment. This service is generally much larger in scale and cost than component repair or rebuilding. In many cases, rebuilding must be performed on-site as moving equipment may be cost prohibitive or unfeasible.
