   Your choices are...
Compression Springs       Compression springs are wound to operate under compressive load and return the mechanism(s) to the original position when the load is removed.
Conical / Taper Springs       Conical or taper springs are typically compression springs whose diameter reduces from the base to the tip.
Constant Force Springs       Typically spiral-wound springs are designed to unwind and provide a constant force along the unwinding length, in comparison to the deflection-dependent force provided by linear compression or tension springs.
Die Springs       Heavy-duty springs with very linear spring-constant characteristics; generally compression-type springs.  Used in die, tooling, and fixturing applications.
Disc / Washer Springs       Disc springs include spring washers and other elements that generally lay flat for limited-deflection service such as Belleville washers, wave washers / springs, etc.
Extension Springs       Extension springs are designed to provide a restoring force to elements that separate during their service operation.  Whereas compression springs often have flat ends, extension springs may have various end configurations for coupling or connecting to these elements, such as hooks, loops, or eyelets.
Flat Springs       Flat springs are made from flat strips of metal. They often serve as spring clips or in other retaining or positioning and offset applications.
Garter Springs       Helical springs, typically extension springs, whose ends are joined to form a circle. The resultant spring is often used to encircle a radial lip seal or other component to maintain bias and compensate for wear. Typically, one end of the spring helix is tapered down, and inserted into the other end to form the joint.
Leaf Springs       Leaf springs are flat strips that provide suspension support for heavy-duty cyclic applications such as automotive and truck suspensions.
Power / Clock Springs       Category of springs that stores and releases rotational energy in the form of torque; they can be referred to as power springs, clock springs, or motor springs. They are made from spiral-wound flat metal strips and are available in a wide range of sizes and end attachments. They are used in applications such as clock and mechanical motors, rewind devices, and reels.
Torsion Springs       Torsion springs are wound to fit either inside a hole or around a cylindrical element. They typically have ends that project transverse to the spring axis. They are used to control relative rotational motion between the element (such as a lid that flips up) and the spring axis. Motion is typically coincident with the axis of rotation.
Variable Pitch Springs       Spring or coil pitch varies along the length of the spring; typically symmetrical about the spring center. However, some custom applications may require asymmetrical variable pitch.
Stamping       Stamping is the process of impressing surface definition and three-dimensional designs onto materials with pressurized tools and dies. It is often an auxiliary service of spring winding companies.
Wire Forming       Wire forming is the process of drawing and fabricating thin wire into clips, rings, application-specific springs, etc.
Other / Special       Other unlisted, specialized, or proprietary spring type or service capabilities, including specialty geometry or end configuration.

Additional Services

   Your choices are...
Assembly Services       Companies provide component assembly services.
CAD / CAM Support       Companies provide computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) services.
Design Assistance       Companies assist with concepts, manufacturing costs, manufacturing techniques, and material considerations. Companies may also be able to assist in upgrading or redesigning, re-evaluating, or modernizing existing products to increase performance and/or reduce manufacturing costs. Some companies offer material sourcing and CAD modeling as well.
Just-In-Time Delivery       Companies provide just-in-time manufacturing capabilities that reduce the need for inventory maintenance.
Prototype Services       Companies create prototypes to lend substance to ideas or investigate true manufacturing costs.
Low Volume Production       Companies perform low volume production runs. Typically, run times are shorter than one week.
High Volume Production       Companies perform high volume production runs. Typically, run times are longer than one week.
Reverse Engineering       Companies have the capability to reverse engineer or digitize parts or products. Reverse engineering is useful in cases where components or parts for a product or equipment are no longer available commercially or in cases where drawings and documentation have been lost. The parts can be examined and digitized in order to make part drawings. Then, new replacement or duplicate parts can be fabricated for the system. Reverse engineering may include identification materials and processes as well.
Other       Other unlisted support and production services.

Materials
Materials      Material selection considerations include tensile or impact strength, magnetic and electric properties, and corrosion resistance.  Material flow during the stamping or forming process is another significant consideration when deep draws or especially thin or thick parts are desired.
   Your choices are...
Spring Steel       Standard industrial grade of steel for spring making; exhibits good elastic and return properties.
Music Wire       Music wire is a common and relatively inexpensive high-carbon steel alloy used for spring manufacture. It is cold drawn and offers uniform tensile strength.
Stainless Steel       Stainless steel exhibits good corrosion resistance for specialty applications.
Exotic Metals       Metals and their alloys with special properties and applications; includes such materials as beryllium copper, beryllium nickel, niobium, tantalum, and titanium.
Plastic       Broad category including all thermoplastic materials. Plastic springs can be used in light-to-medium duty applications for quiet and corrosion-resistant qualities.
Other       Other unlisted, specialized, or proprietary application-specific materials.
