We specialize in custom plastic profile extrusion and fabrication along with custom pipe and tubing. Your custom plastic product begins with a team of design engineers who work closely with you to understand your needs. Design accuracy and design manufacturability is optimized by using CAD/CAM technology and our decades of engineering experience. We provide both extrusions and co-extrusions of multiple materials to suit our customer's needs. Crescent utilizes both single and twin screw extruders for our plastic profiles, tubing, and pipe, with sizes ranging from 3/16" tubing up to 20" wide plastic profiles. In addition, Crescent has the capability for a multitude of secondary operations, both on-line and off-line.
