Wye Assemblies
DME has been building engine exhaust WYE connectors to fit V-type engines for over twenty years. The full flow design keeps the back pressure to a minimum. The outlet connection can be provided in any size and can be made as a fixed or floating flange. There are designs for current and past engine models for Caterpillar, Cummins, Onan, and Detroit diesel engines.

Externally Pressurized Expansion Joints
This heavy duty expansion joint is used in applications with large amounts of axial movement. DME offers a standard 350 Series single expansion joint with 4", 6", and 8" axial travels. For movement up to 16" axial travel, a dual expansion joint can be designed. It must be placed in the center of the piping run as it compresses from both ends.

Single Bellows Expansion Joints
DME custom manufactures single bellows expansion joints in 1-1/2" through 104" diameters. Bellows design follows EJMA (Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association) standards and all welding is in accordance with ASME Section IX. T-321 stainless steel is the most widely used material for bellows applications.

Universal Bellows
DME custom designs bellows capsules according to the Expansion Joint Manufacturer's This type of joint is generally designed to absorb large amounts of lateral deflection and possibly a small amount of axial compression. The ability to absorb motion in multiple planes makes it an ideal expansion joint for systems where the main anchors are not practical.
