Standard construction of the Koger A-B cyclone is welded, bolted and flanged 12 gauge or heavier mild steel in inlet diameters from 12" - 48". Custom sizes and metals include Galvanized, Abrasion Resistant, Stainless Steels, and Hot Rolled Plate. (read more)

The Koger Air line of fans range in size from 11" - 41" diameters and are constructed from 1/4" or heavier plate to handle system capacities from 660 to 60,000 CFM of air. Each fan is totally rotatable and interchangeable to a clockwise or counterclockwise discharge. Roll-formed and welded hot rolled steel, standard rolled angle rings are stocked for same day shipment in 6-1/8" - 72-1/8" diameter. Available in custom sizes and metals including Galvanized, Stainless Steel and Aluminum, leg-in or leg-out, with or without holes. Measurements are exact to ensure an easy tight fit. (read more)

Machines developed by Koger Air Corporation produce Galvanized one-piece elbows. Stocked for immediate shipment in 90 degree long and short radius, and 45 degree long radius in sizes 3" through 14" diameter. 60 degree long radius elbows are stocked in sizes 4" through 12" diameter. Standard pipe is constructed of galvanized steel with riveted and soldered or welded seams and smooth interiors. Large and small ends facilitate lapping joints. Angle flanges can be furnished for field bolting. (read more)

Full and half cast aluminum cut-offs are fabricated with locking screws to permit manual blade adjustment for volume control. Airflow can be shut off totally for energy conservation. Full cut-offs are stocked in sizes 2" - 20" diameter. Half cut-offs are stocked in sizes 3" - 16" diameter. (read more)

Koger Air fabricates standard blast gates from 10 gauge steel in sizes 4" - 24"; also offered in custom sizes and metals. Available in manual, pneumatic or electric operated construction with flanged connections and with square inlets and outlets. Blast gates provide a more positive seal than cut-offs and work equally well with positive or negative pressure. Shop drawings are available. (read more)

Standard diverter valves are fabricated from 16 gauge to 10 gauge carbon steel in sizes 8" - 24", custom sizes and metals are available. Available in manual, pneumatic or electric operated construction with flanged connections. Suitable for both air and material handling systems. Removable side plates and access door optional. Transitions provide a streamlined change from square to round. They are used for equipment connections at fan discharge outlets, collector inlets, etc. Furnished with or without flanged construction on both ends.
