Custom abrasive media flows under pressure through the work piece. The media can remove less than .001" of material. This creates an ultra-smooth finish, especially in hard to reach places. The pressure and temperature are controlled to produce the desired finish.

PASSIVATION Passivation is a process that removes trace elements of free iron. Parts go through a cleaning process, nitric acid bath, and deionized water baths. We provide complete coverage using ultrasonic cleaners. Our standard, NE-6021 D, exceeds the Federal specification QQ-P-35 and ASTM A-967-01. Our in-house passivation lab is the last stop for all our parts prior to shipping. (read more)
