Proceco's heavy-duty turntable cabinet parts washer TYPHOON® HD, is designed to clean and rinse large parts (2000-20,000 lb.) or parts loaded in baskets. Applications include degreasing, surface treatment and phosphating. It uses hot, low-concentration detergent aqueous solutions to degrease parts. The Proceco model TYPHOON® MB-H is a heavy-duty power-spray-type belt industrial parts washer designed for automatic processing of heavily contaminated and/or heavy parts and components. Capacities of up to 300 pounds per square foot are available. (read more)

The Proceco dunnage washer is a power-spray type belt conveyor parts washer designed to automatically clean and dry transport trays. The Proceco Typhoon®-OCW is a continous process, power-spray parts cleaning system witch incorporates a overhead conveyor to move parts through each process.

The Proceco TYPHOON® MB-S is a medium- and light-duty power-spray-type belt conveyor washer designed for automatic parts processing. The standard cleaning process is a heated recirculating stage using an aqueous-based detergent, followed by a heated recirculated rinse, followed by a heated or a cold air blow-off or dryer.
