Hawthorne, CA, October 2011: After the successful release of the RF312 series and field application feedback from system designers all over the world, the RF332 has been designed to exhibit high repeatability and is capable of transmitting signal integrity up to 12 Gbps data rates as well as RF performance over a bandwidth from DC-8GHz. (read more)
Hawthorne, CA, October 2011: Teledyne Relays introduces the first ever hermetically sealed LoopBack relay. Each LoopBack relay combines two DPDT electromechanical relays in one package that includes an internal bypass path for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) applications. (read more)
Hawthorne, CA, October 2011: A major Aerospace company has recently evaluated and tested Teledyne Relays' ½ Crystal Can Relay (255/257 series) and confirmed that the relays are capable of withstanding sinusoidal vibration levels up to 95 G's, up to 2200 Hz. (read more)
The ultraminiature GRF312 relays are designed to provide a practical surface-mount solution. (read more)
The A152 attenuator relay design delivers excellent RF characteristics over the frequency range from DC to 5 GHz. Built-in functionality - A152 relays offer a normally closed low-loss, bypass path and an attenuation path - eliminates the need for additional external resistors. The small package lends itself to multistage attenuator designs requiring less weight, space and volume. (read more)
The ultraminiature RF300 and RF303 relays are designed to provide improved RF signal switching repeatability over the frequency range. These relays are engineered for use in RF attenuator, RF switch matrices, ATE and other applications that require dependable high frequency signal fidelity and performance. (read more)
Teledyne Relays has introduced the RF300D/RF303D & RF300DD/RF303DD series. These ultraminiature broadband TO-5 relays, have internal discrete silicon diodes for coil transient suppression and polarity reversal protection. This feature reduces the number of external components needed to drive the relay as well as reduce PCB floor space. (read more)
The SRF300 and SRF303 are formed lead versions (SMT) of Teledyne's RF300 and RF303 relays. They provide easy solder inspection and can be easily removed with hand tools. Because the relays are hermetically sealed, they can be submerged in cleaning solvents during manufacturing processes. (read more)
The ultraminiature GRF312 relay is designed to improve upon the GRF300/GRF303 relay's high frequency performance. The GRF312 offers monotonic insertion loss to 8 GHz. This improvement in RF insertion loss over the frequency range makes these relays highly suitable for use in attenuator and other RF circuits. (read more)
NEW 3-State Attenuator Switch
Ideal for the test and measurement world, the 3-State attenuator offers a compact solution that offers an electromechanical switch and an attenuator without the use of external cables. The CAS-37 offers 3 states: Through Path (Low Loss), Attenuated Path (Known high loss) and Open State (with path for user to ground). (read more)
The Series GA152 highly repeatable ultraminiature attenuator surface mount relays are designed for attenuating RF signals in 50-ohm systems over a frequency range from DC to 5 GHz. Their low profile and small grid spacing makes them ideal for use when packaging density is a prime consideration. The GA152 relays eliminate the need for additional external resistors/attenuators. (read more)
Teledyne Relays introduces a new series of DPDT ultraminiature relays that deliver RF performance over a bandwidth from DC to 8GHz. The new RF312 exhibits high repeatability and is capable of transmitting signal integrity up to 12GBps data rates. The RF312 family of relays also exhibits excellent isolation between pole to pole. (read more)
The ultraminiature GRF300 and GRF303 relays are designed to provide a practical surface-mount solution with improved RF signal repeatability over the frequency range. GRF300 and GRF303 relays feature a unique ground shield that isolates and shields each lead to ensure excellent contact-to-contact and pole-to-pole isolation. (read more)
Teledyne Relays has introduced two families of ultraminiature broadband TO-5 relays, featuring a practical surface-mount solution that simplifies circuit-board manufacturing. The ultraminiature RF relays, the SGRF100 and SGRF300, will be showcased at the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S) International Microwave Symposium 2007 in Honolulu, June 3–8, at Booth #523.
