Visumatic's VNR Automatic Nut Driver features our exclusive "X-Thread Eliminator" and is your highest assurance against cross threading. Handheld or fixed system, the VNR Nut Driver features a spring-loaded pad behind the nut so the nut is flat with respect to the socket before driving. Visumatic is one of very few resources that provide insertion automation systems. Insertion nosepieces are designed and built for placing both single action (like barbed plastic pins) or dual action (like plastic rivets and anchors) fasteners. The VEB-900 Extension Bit nosepiece is used where access to the driving location is limited to the fastener and bit only. The extension of the fastener outside a set of jaws solves tight-clearance problems. The VEB-900 accepts the fastener in the main body of the nosepiece and extends the fastener to the driving position, then the operator can engage the hole with the part. (read more)

This system, designed and built by Visumatic uses two (2) 2,000mm x 1,800mm X-Y robots that work in concert with each other to install 36 screws into a plastic cabinet with extremely tight clearances. This turnkey, standalone seven-spindle assembly station assembles four different styles of parts and has an inverted, three-spindle VPD-4.2 Power Driver (seen under the table), a two-spindle VPD-4.2 Power Driver and two individual drive modules mounted on a Visumatic Power Slide. As part of your Visumatic automatic feeding and driving system, Visumatic Screwfeeders (or nut feeders) feed your part to the Visumatic Locking Bit before the driving process.
