The PT28 is a custom power tilter built by Wood's Powr-Grip for the purpose of putting windows in the new tower at O'Hare International Airport. It weighed in at 4300 lbs and was specially designed to tilt backwards to allow precise placement of the tower windows 243 ft. off the ground. (read more)
