The RX/TX pulse train converter will convert signals from a push pull or NPN encoder to a line driver or vice versa. Line driver signals include complementary outputs A', B', and Z' which offer greater immunity from electrical noise or interference especially when transmission distances exceed the length of the encoder cable.
