Custom melting can produce a custom chemistry, a controlled chemistry, an out-of-date or obsolete alloy, or a vacuum melt of a common grade, in heat lots of 250 pounds or more, and provide ingots or mill forms. Expediting and logistics services help All Metals & Forge clients meet difficult deadlines and respond to emergency material needs for situations from AOG, plant shutdowns, rush orders, CIL (critical item list), or other urgent repair situations. Logistics handles long-term contract fulfillment and JIT inventory shipments for customers utilizing an All Metals & Forge stocking program.
