- 2D Cutting Machines - Ultrasonic Milling Machines
American GFM offers a complete line of ultrasonic cutting machines. Both three and six axis models are available to cut a large variety of materials. The machines are ideally suited for ultrasonic cutting carbon fiber, glass fiber, Kevlar, Prepreg and Honeycomb materials.
- 3D Cutting Machines - 6 Axis Ultrasonic Cutter
The model US-50 ultrasonic cutting machine offers a complete system for profiling complex core details from sheets of core. Ultrasonic cutting of core offers a virtual dust free process, while maintaining extremely tight tolerances on finished parts.
- Routing Machines
American GFM routers combine superior design and rugged construction to assure highest accuracy when profiling materials such as aluminum, steel or plastic sheet, Nomex® or aluminum honeycomb core, cured composite structures or light alloy materials.

CompForm is a pre-forming process that uses low energy curing, thermoset binders to stabilize reinforcing materials in three-dimensional shapes for use in Liquid Composites Molding processing. It has the unique capability to enable pre-forms to be produced using any reinforcing materials.
