About Cycle Therm, LLC

Business Type: Manufacturer

Cycle Therm, LLC

Cycle Therm is an international leader in the design, fabrication and installation of specialized regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTO) for VOC, HAP and Odor Control and a distributor of cost-efficient ceramic heat recovery media and tower packing for RTOs.

Cycle Therm currently holds 7 US and foreign patents pertaining to Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTO’s), which have been applied worldwide to hundreds of applications for over 30 years. Their patents and the core of their experience lies in the design of electro mechanical valve drive systems for either two chamber or multiple odd number chamber designs.

The Cycle Therm mechanical drive system is very simple and provides years of trouble free continuous service. The all electric mechanical drive system operates the flow control dampers of the RTO smoothly in both two chamber and larger multi-chamber designs.

Since the drive and valves are mechanically linked the valve mechanism maintains a high degree of repeatability over the life of the RTO. The drive and valve system is not susceptible to climatic conditions and operates precisely in artic or extremely warm environments.

CycleTherm’s patented “ULTRA” low pressure drop random packed heat recovery media is the only heat transfer product designed and manufactured specifically to meet the dynamic challenges of today’s regenerative thermal oxidizers. Individual piece configuration is designed to generate a shock resistant interlocking matrix where flow resistance is brought to a minimum, and whose surface area is expanded to generate a heat recovery thermal efficiency unparalleled by other types of heat recovery media.
