Caps, grips and closures are protective devices for the ends of a shaft, tube, pipe, fitting, connector, screw, bar, or other shape. They can also be used to provide a hand grip or hanger tip.
Coating masks, stencils, spacers and fixtures are tooling used in plating, thermospraying, painting or other coating processes. Masks block deposition from certain areas. Stencils or blocked off silk screens allow pattern coating and graphics printing.
Masking tapes and films are used to block off areas on a surface where paints or coatings are not desired. The removable mask or masking tape should be removed promptly after the coating process.
Plugs, stoppers and inserts fit into holes or cavities and are designed for the ends of shafts, tubes, pipes, fittings, connectors, screws, bars, or other shapes.
Tubing is used to transport fluid and gas in pneumatic, hydraulic, or process applications. Tubing differs from pipe in that tubing's outside diameter or size is controlled and used for product designation.
