LSI can manufacture a wide variety of ball nut designs including: tube type units, internal nut design units, and the button, or transistor style units manufactured for some of the European and Asian machines.
Their precision ground ballscrews range in size from .500" diameter to 6.00" diameter with virtually unlimited lengths. You are not "locked in" to a few ball screw and nut designs in a catalog. LSI will build your assemblies to your exact specifications. In order to give their customers as many choices as possible, they also work extensively with many exotic materials, such as Moglice polymers. Their engineers will be happy to work with you on design to correct any problems you may be experiencing.
