Computer-aided design (CAD) services assist in the computerized design, three-dimensional (3D) modeling, and printing and drafting of engineering components and assemblies.
Cutting services use a variety of cutting methods to fashion materials into predefined shapes or sizes.
Drains and drain systems are used to capture and remove water to prevent accidents, flooding or other hazardous conditions.
Ferrous metals and alloys are based on iron and include carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, cast iron, cast steel, maraging steel, and specialty or proprietary iron-based alloys.
Finishing and surface treatment services pretreat or finish the surfaces of manufactured components to meet roughness or surface condition requirements.
Grates and grating materials consist of a metal or fiberglass lattice that provides a slip-resistant or semi-open surface.
Industrial floor mats include rubber mats and matting, modular floor mat systems, and other matting for traction, impact protection, worker ergonomics and comfort. They can include functional features such as ESD protection.
Ladders are devices that workers use to step up or gain access to elevated surfaces.
Perforated and expanded sheet materials are designed with hole patterns and/or stretched (expanded). They are used as screens in separators, walkways, sunscreens, decorative coverings, etc.
Platforms and walkways allow personnel to work on and access the upper levels of industrial machinery, process equipment, tanks and buildings.
Profiles and structural shapes include shaped stock with uniform cross sections such tees, angles or beams manufactured through extrusion, continuous casting, roll forming, and other processes.
Safety flooring and anti-slip materials consist of textured plates, non-slip materials, surface roughened treads, anti-slip coatings to prevent slippage and falls of personnel on floors, steps and walkways.
Screens and netting consists of a surface with openings of specific sizes. Screens, sieves or similar products are made by perforating a sheet, weaving metal wire or synthetic fibers or electroforming.
Stairs and stairway products include treads, balusters, stringers, handrails and other stair components as well as complete pre-fabricated stairways.
Structural component fabrication services design parts for use in buildings, bridges and other structures.
Test sieves are stainless steel or brass round frames with extremely accurate openings. Wire cloth is usually of stainless steel or brass with nonstandard wire diameters.
Welding and fabrication services weld and fabricate a variety of materials. They may also perform services such as machining, CAD support, and field welding.
Wire mesh and cloth consists of metal wires woven or knitted into a grid or screen pattern with openings determined by the mesh size or linear density of wires (wire per inch).
