The Solution-C™ is also a non-destructive leak tester for flexible or rigid non-porous packages or products, using a pressure or vacuum decay chamber test to quantitatively identify leaks. The BT-1000 Package Tester performs seal strength and leak integrity tests on flexible packages. The BT-1000 is presents a graphic display of the burst and creep test, showing the actual pressure vs. time response during a package test. The entire line of TM Electronics leak, flow and package testers features SQC analysis for proactive process control. Built-in graphical statistical analysis of the test result data log provides immediate SQC data at the workstation without requiring external computer downloading. In addition, TME offers a line of gas leak detectors, including the Gas Check 3000IS Intrinsically Safe Gas Leak Detector, which meets Factory Mutual specifications and identifies the source of trace gas leaks, returning quantitative measurements in your choice of units.
