English roller chain sprockets engage chains in many different power transmission and conveyor systems. Sprockets and chains are often an economic, reliable drive system for long running, continuous drive applications with limited shock and torque loads. English sprockets are classified according to ANSI number designations.
Belt and chain tensioners apply and maintain correct tension on power transmission drive systems.
Cam followers or track rollers are rolling element bearings with either an integral stud or an inseparable inner ring for yoke mounting on a pin or shaft.
Cylindrical roller bearings have high radial-load capacity and moderate thrust loads. They contain rollers which are cylindrically-shaped, but crowned or end-relieved to reduce stress concentrations.
Flange mounted bearings are used when a shaft axis is perpendicular to the bearing mounting surface. They are available in 2, 3, or 4-hole configurations.
Hanger bearings are used as rotational bearings for drive and screw conveyor shafts that are enclosed with a housing or trough.
Industrial adhesives are organic or inorganic chemical compounds for joining components. This category covers all adhesive types.
Industrial lubricants are oils, fluids, greases and other compounds designed to reduce friction, binding or wear and exclude moisture. Specialized characteristics may enhance thermal conduction across thermal interfaces or reduce electrical resistivity across electrical joints.
Metric roller chain sprockets engage chains in many different power transmission and conveyor systems. Sprockets and chains are often an economic, reliable drive system for long running, continuous drive applications with limited shock and torque loads. Metric sprockets are classified according to ISO number designations.
Linear bearings are used in applications where a component needs to be moved along a straight line with high accuracy.
Plain bearings and sleeve bearings (also referred to as bushings or journal bearings) are used to constrain, guide or reduce friction in rotary or linear applications. They function via a sliding action.
Plastic bearings are used in wet and corrosive environments, clean environments, areas that are difficult to lubricate, and applications that require non-magnetic bearings.
Resins and compounds are pellets, liquid resins, bulk molding compounds, or other unfinished materials that are ready for shape fabrication or bond formation.
Roller bearings are used in rotary applications to replace sliding movement with low friction, rolling motion. The principal types of roller bearings are cylindrical, spherical, and tapered.
Roller chains are used in many power transmission designs. They are characterized by ANSI and BS/DIN standard sizes.
Spherical roller bearings are self-aligning, double row, combination radial and thrust bearings. They use a spherical or crowned roller as the rolling element.
Super precision and spindle bearings are high-precision bearings that are designed for use in machine-tool spindles and other precision applications. Most super precision bearings and spindle bearings carry a high quality-rating such as ABEC-7 or ABEC-9, and run coolly and smoothly at high speeds.
Synthetic oils, greases and lubricants are based on synthetic compounds such as silicone, polyglycol, esters, digesters, chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and mixtures of synthetic fluids and water.
Take-up bearings are primarily used to correctly tension conveyor belts and systems, or to align tracks.  They are available in three component types: bearing, frame, and take-up assembly (frame with bearing).
Tapered roller bearings consist of an inner ring (cone), an outer ring (cup), a cage and rollers, which are profiled to distribute the load evenly across the roller.
Thrust bearings are designed for pure thrust loads, and can handle little or no radial load. The rolling element in a thrust bearing can be a ball, needle or roller.
Timing belts are transmission drive belts with teeth for efficient, high-power synchronous drives. English or imperial pitch is the distance between belt teeth based on inches.
Timing belts are transmission drive belts with teeth for efficient, high-power synchronous drives. Metric pitch is the distance between belt teeth based on millimeters.
Timing pulleys mesh with same-pitch timing belts on synchronous drives where maintenance of speed ratio is important. English or imperial pitch pulleys have an inch-based pitch designation.
Timing pulleys mesh with same-pitch timing belts on synchronous drives where maintenance of speed ratio is important. Metric pitch pulleys have a millimeter-based pitch designation.
V-belt pulleys or sheaves mate with drive belts in numerous power transmission applications. They are made in many configurations such as tension idlers and variable speed / ratio pulleys.
V-belts are power transmission drive belts with a triangular or trapezoidal cross section. They are available in a variety of belt materials, reinforcement styles, and speed configurations.
