Lansdale Semiconductor Inc. products are established diminishing source technologies that have been discontinued by the original manufacturers. Lansdale is the only authorized manufacturer of many obsolete integrated circuits from manufacturers such as Intel, Philips/ Signetics, Motorola, and Freescale. Lansdale manufactures over 3,000 ICs and is sole source on over 250 products.
Since it was founded in 1964, Lansdale has specialized in aftermarket technology manufacturing by supplying semiconductors and integrated circuits to the original manufacturer’s specification and performance standards. Lansdale is dedicated to assuring the customers that older discontinued semiconductor, RF, and other integrated circuit technology product supplies will remain available.
Lansdale serves two vital functions by acquiring the manufacturing rights for discontinued integrated circuit and semiconductor product lines.
- Allow the original manufacturer to divest itself of a product it can no longer support.
- Offer users of that product the opportunity to keep their programs intact without costly redesign and keeps product available for new designs.
As long as customers need to maintain older systems, Lansdale will be there to manufacture and supply the discontinued semiconductor technology critical to their success.
