Microscope X/Y Positioner
Designed for using the Olympus 99 model microscope with large or multi-die probe arrays, this microscope positioner allows extended X and Y axis travel, permitting the operator to scan long horizontal and vertical axes for probe-to-pad alignment viewing.
Custom 2000 Ring Carriers
Designed or modified ring carriers to suit custom hardware or hybrid design components in cable-in or overhead sort applications.
Prober Table Conversions
For EG probers which require a different table height to suit new or changes probe/sort application, we provide overhead sort configuration (low-boy) tables, standard height (high-boy) tables, or anything in between. We can provide the table itself or do the entire conversion for you . . . on site, if necessary.
Probe Card Holders and Ring Inserts
The probe card holder or ring insert is part of any hardware test solution. We can custom tailor probe card holders or ring inserts to suit individual test requirements or needs.
Using a proprietary computer driven closed-loop vision system, we can reaccurize a 2001, 2010, 2080, 4080, 4090 and 4090u wafer probers back to original accuracy spec or possibly even better. Why reaccurize? Lost or bad EEprom or PAL devices. Wrong devices, substituted from another system. Forcer distortion. Platen settling/distortion. These are just some examples of why system reaccurization may be considered or necessary.
