Season is capable of both thin (0.15 - 2 mm) and thick (2 - 10 mm) gauge thermoforming. Products that can be manufactured vary from simple plastic packaging to thick plastic housings. Thick gauge molding is used mainly for low volume productions and large sized parts having maximum dimensions of 1 m x 1.5 m x 0.6 m.
When plastic injection molding does not make sense because of product volume, dimensions, material, or molding costs, Thermoforming is an alternative to many applications.
