DuPont Krytox® Performance Lubricants for the Automotive Industry

For 30 years, Krytox® performance lubricants have improved automotive component and system performance. Krytox® performance lubricants used in under-hood systems can help OEMs reduce warranty failures. And, as NVH becomes an ever-increasing priority in overall vehicle quality, Krytox® oils and greases are specified to provide long-lasting and safer solutions for the automotive industry. This presentation will provide an overview of Krytox® performance lubricants and will explain how Krytox® PFPE chemistry is superior to other "high performance" products through comparative data and results from industry standard testing. Real world examples illustrating increased performance, improved vehicle quality, and reduced NVH will also be provided.

Key Take-Aways:
  • Understand the value of DuPont™ Krytox® Performance Lubricants when compared with traditional hydrocarbon oils and greases
  • Discover the benefits of DuPont™ Krytox® Performance Lubricants over nearly-in-kind PFPE oils and greases
  • Learn how DuPont™ Krytox® Performance Lubricants can reduce/avoid warranty costs and increase the life of under-hood components and powertrain systems by extending bearing life
  • Learn how DuPont™ Krytox® Performance Lubricants can provide cost-effective solutions for resolving automotive NVH problems
