The Lechler Tangential Hollow Cone creates a uniform, finely atomized spray without compressed air. The clog-resistant design of this nozzle creates a hollow cone pattern without a swirl insert. In general, hollow cone patterns in fact create the smallest droplets possible (and thus the finest mist) without the use of compressed air, all other factors being equal. (read more)

The Lechler High Impact Flat Fan spray nozzle is designed to spray at inlet pressures up to 5,000 psi. The body of this nozzle is made from 303 stainless steel but the orifice is hardened stainless steel, which allows it to have a longer service life though operating at high pressures. It comes in a variety of narrow spray angles, and is also available in a tip version. (read more)

The Lechler Easy Flush nozzle is a unique product that has one purpose and one purpose only – to control (or knock down) foam within aeration tanks or retention ponds in wastewater treatment plants. The Lechler PTFE High-Temperature Whirling nozzle was specifically designed for tank cleaning applications in high temperature settings (up to 274ºF) where PTFE material was required, such as in certain pharmaceutical situations. The Lechler PTFE Whirly is a free-spinning tank cleaning nozzle designed to clean tanks up to 10' in diameter. Its balanced rotating action allows it to operate in any position. The Whirly comes standard in either a threaded fitting of a slip-on connection. A Tri-Clamp version is also available upon request.
