161 Air-Cooled Ion Lasers

The Model 161 Series is available with single-line or multiline, linearly polarized, TEM00 output from internal mirror, metal-BeO plasma tube driven by an efficient, universal line voltage power supply.

Model 161B is compatible and can replace Spectra-Physics Model 162A lasers for most applications. Control is through the power supply.
