Re: samsung rt28 double door refrigerator.
More than likely the fan that circulates air from the freezer compartment is not turning. In the US there is usually an envelope somewhere on the back or the compressor section that has a schematic that will help you check the circuitry that powers the fan once you determine that the fan hasn't fail...

Re: electrical
Hello dharmendra_prp There are generally three different reasons why a capacitor is used with a ceiling fan: 1. The capacitor is used to give a small phase shift, so the motor will start turning more easily, against the inertia of the blades. 2. The capacitor is sometimes used in the...

A field study of occupant behavior and energy consumption in apartments with mechanical ventilation
Publication year: 2012Source:Energy and Buildings, Volume 50J.S. Park, H.J. Kim The purpose of this field study was to evaluate the ventilation practices of occupants and corresponding heating energy consumption in mechanically ventilated apartments, using airflow measurements, energy data collection, and occupant questionnaire. A sample of 139 apartments was selected for the field study from an apartment complex located in south metropolitan area of Seoul. About 68.3% (95 of 139) did not use mechanical fans for ventilation at all during the heating period and 58% of 95 responders cited elevated heating energy costs as the primary reason for not using the mechanical ventilation fan. Among the occupants who intermittently used the mechanical fans in their apartments (31.7%), the average operation time was less than 2h per day. Total heating energy consumption is increased about 32% (P <0.05) when the mechanical fan is operated during 4h per day. Occupants' acceptability of the indoor air is also significantly improved (P <0.01) in group IV that operated the mechanical fan during 4h per day. Averaged increase of the total heating energy consumption by the 4h fan operation is 0.07GJ/m2 and its energy cost is estimated at 1.01$/m2 or 85-105$ per household over whole heating period. Highlights ? Most of occupants did not use the mechanical fans in tightly sealed apartments. ? The elevated heating energy cost is the primary reason for not using the fans. ? Acceptability of IAQ is increased if the fans are operated more than 4h. ? Heating energy cost is 85-105 $/household when the fans are operated 4h.

Soccer study finds 93 percent of fans would support openly gay players
There are over 500,000 professional footballers, yet openly gay players appear almost entirely absent. It is often claimed that the problem lies with an intolerant fan culture, but a new study reveals that 93% of football fans oppose homophobia and would support openly gay players. The study, published in the British Journal of Sociology, identifies conservative clubs and agents to be the sport''s strongest barriers to change.
