This line of filter media from Sterlitech is made with a high-quality nitrocellulose polymer (cellulose nitrate and cellulose acetate) to give these filters a very low background. Hydrophilic MCE syringe filters are available in non-sterile or sterile packages in a variety of pore size/diameter combinations.
