A stepper motor imparts very little pulsation in the
liquid. The exhaust stroke takes place slowly and evenly while the intake stroke is carried out at maximum speed. This principle ensures that damage to the
liquid is kept to a minimum. Other advantages are that the
pump is self priming, needs little maintenance, handles
liquids to 80 deg. C, and can be run while dry. A practical feature of the
