A very wide spectrum including switches, mechanical assemblies, self-piercing, applying tapped rivets, clothing, stainless assemblies, leakproof fastening, shoulder rivet assemblies, automotive assemblies, miniature rivet use and many more.

This Riveting Tool will be used where ever rivets are needed to fasten a workpiece - such as air conditioning /on roofs/ aircraft/ ships/ boats/ buses/ trucks/ etc -- Tradesmen will use this tool , as its much faster than the present method of setting rivets, having to use two tools to set pop or blind rivets.

Most riveting situations are somewhat unique, which is the beauty of concept. Machines can be built in such a manner that they adapt to countless applications, without having to redesign the basic concept. Rivets can be set in the standard "C" press approach. delivered by movable placement heads, set head up or in a wide variety of angles, track fed, tube fed, used with a spectrum of assembly tables.

SAFETY FIRST! Your fingers are a lot softer than the metal getting smashed and spun. Fixture to assure correct riveting. Ridged set up. Make sure cap. correct, throat(reach), punch in good shape. If something feels wrong, stop, double check settings, rivet quality.
