Before buying/using hydraulic hose, user needs to be sure about the suitability of the hose in particular application.

Avoid keeping large inventory of hydraulic hoses, to assess risk factors of each hose based on pressure it is subjected to, frequency of operation, location of installation and exposure to heat/ external hazards like chemicals, possibility of getting damaged by the any nearby machinery / product e.g. sheets/plates etc.

Replace hoses with equal or better product. Replace hoses instead of repairing, unless damaged by physical trauma. Improper routing, or wrong hose for application.
