What we actually need is something adaptable to new sizes, more often than not we mean medical devices such as surgical gowns, operation kits (custom packed trays) made with non woven fabrics, but often containing syringes, lancets and other items (duly packed previously).

High automatization levels help in avoid disastrous mistakes. When photocells and other devices are broken or manual operations are in progress the attention of operators must be at the top of levels.
