Do you know of any disastrous mistakes that occurred due to the incorrect usage of motor controllers?

1. It is the basic rule. But once again I want to remind to use proper torque to tighten the connections. When you and your technicians are connecting new controller always verify the INPUT and OUTPUT connections twice.

One motor is burned for incorrect selection of the motor controller which makes the winding to loose the insulation and burnout.
