Cleveland Vibrator's VM-25's ultra simple design — only one moving part (WS-2 Super Grey coated piston), size and variable frequency make it excellent for automated parts track vibration. Also, it can be used to promote the free flow of materials from small, thin-skinned (minimum 28 gauge) bins and hoppers to 2 cubic feet (57L) capacity.

Actually, the applications are limitless, confined only by imagination. These miniature vibrators can be supplied with a muffler to prevent contamination and reduce noise level. An air-cushioned version, VMAC-25, will further reduce noise level, with a 30% reduced force output.

This perky little unit produces 16,000 vibrations per minute while only consuming 2.0 SCFM (57 lpm) of compressed air at 80 psig (5.4 bar). Normal force output is 15 lbs.

The single impact vibrator delivers one impact at a maximum frequency of once every three seconds through a five-port spool valve. A timer is used to vary the cycle required. Single impactors are most effective for sticky materials because they are less likely than continuous vibration to cause packing in hoppers.

Low maintenance is guaranteed by a combination of a springless design and only one moving part. The single impactor makes less noise and consumes less air than most air and electric vibrators because there is no continuous blast of exhausting air.

Like VMSAC and VMS, the SI has a one-piece, rugged ductile iron cylinder housing which decreases the weight of the vibrator. It may be mounted on any appropriately sized mounting channel, and comes complete with heavy-duty mounting fasteners and a gasket.

Deca's DTV Series Rotary Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators combine high frequencies with high centrifugal forces at large amplitudes. These vibrators operate lubrication-free with filtered compressed air. They do not require any maintenance and they are successfully used as flow aids on bins, hoppers and chutes, as drives for screens, and on vibration tables.

Vibration with the DTV Series is generated by a turbine with integrated flyweights which rotates on two oversized ball bearings. The vibrators have a high work moment and develop high vibration frequencies and centrifugal forces. Vibration presents a large amplitude even with low operating pressure.

Cleveland Vibrator introduces the newest addition to their line of unique acetal-bodied turbine vibrators. Because acetal is a high strength, low friction plastic, the Model CVT-P 10 has excellent wear properties in both wet and dry environments. It can be used as a replacement for the air-piston miniature VM-25 model when the environment warrants the use of a material compliant with FDA standards or many other applications.

Being much quieter than the VM 25, the Model CVT-P 10 can be used where noise may be a factor. It uses less air and produces more force; sometimes more than four times the force at lower air consumption and pressure than competing models. The operating range is 5 - 80 PSI.

These turbine vibrators are very quiet, below OSHA standards. They have a longer life than ball vibrators and require no lubrication.
