INDUSTRIAL ELECTRIC HORIZONTAL UNIT HEATER

These units provide space heating in factories, stores, warehouses, public buildings, workshops, or any exposed areas. Easy to install and service. The bottom of the control box hinges for easy access to controls and wiring. Heating element, fan delay control, thermal cutout, motor and fan are easily reached without dismounting the heater. A threaded mounting hole in the top of the heater facilitates the attachment of the heater to a mounting bracket or other mounting assembly. Large, dynamically balanced fan blades provide maximum air flow with minimum turbulence and noise. Totally enclosed motor freatures permanently lubricated bearings. Effective heat throws of 16' to 38'. Automatic fan delay with thermal cutout. Finished in a gray epoxy paint.

Add the optional thermostat for more efficiency.

Their optimized internal designs promote reduced operating temperatures and vibration levels to deliver smoother operation and longer service life in demanding pump conditions. All three series of PumPac bearing arrangements incorporate combinations of 40º and 15º bearing contact angles capable of carrying high thrust loads with the 40º bearing (without unloading the opposed 15º bearing); industry-preferred machined bronze cages highly wear-resistant for optimum functioning in poor lubrication conditions; "CB" endplay for better ball control and reduced heat generation and operating temperature; ABEC 3 tolerances promoting less impeller shaft runout, smoother operation, and longer seal life; and V-etched OD to enable simplified installation by clearly indicating direction of thrust-carrying capability.

The basic material for many Schock telescopic slide applications is sendzimir zinc-plated steel. Its cathodic edge protection provides the optimum balance between quality and cost-effectiveness. The zinc electroplated and bright or black chromated slides achieve a high-quality visual effect. At the same time, this surface provides improved corrosion protection. An alternative is epoxy-coated slides. The coating process developed by Schock preserves the slides, guaranteeing good running properties. For more complex requirements, Schock supplies ball-bearing slides in stainless steel. Optimum corrosion protection in wet conditions and extreme temperatures is guaranteed.

The system installation mode is another important characteristic: Schock offers a wide range of standard incrementations, lancings, brackets, tabs and bolts. For special requirements, our engineers can quickly develop a new, optimum solution.

With the power electronic module for the auxiliaries of the ICT, a Schock full extension slide takes heavy loads. It functions powerfully and reliably, even under forces of more than 1000 N.

Loads caused by vibrations over extremely long time periods do not affect its performance. The telescopic slides are zinc electroplated and are therefore weather resistant.
