Small diameter paper packaging tubes are used in a variety of packaging applications that include; cosmetics/toiletries, protective packaging, package reinforcement, test kits, disposable/unit dose medical dispensing, and package containers for adhesives and other industrial chemical compounds. Paper tube packages can be supplied with material combinations, decorative outer-wraps, and special liners such as polyester film, aluminum foil, acetate, or greaseproof papers for added moisture, leakage, and chemical resistance, FDA grade papers are also available. Packaging tubes are supplied with either open or closed ends, push-up plugs, or designed to fit an existing closure. We specialize in the following:

Unique Packaging Applications

Extruded plastic, formed-end, and spiral-wound paper packaging tubes are used in a variety of single-use disposable packaging/dispensing applications including;

Precision Products Group's extruded products provide a lower cost alternative to injection molded products. Spiral wound paper and/ or film based tubes, used in conjunction with the extruded tubes, provide a unique packaging system to create descriptive outer wraps and specialty liners. These materials include polyester films, aluminum foils, acetates, and grease-proof papers. These liners may also provide moisture and leakage barriers, and provide chemical resistance characteristics where needed. USP and FDA grade resins and papers are also available.

Medical packaging tubes are supplied with open or formed-ends or designed to fit an existing closure or application. Bottom formed butyrate tubing used in conjunction with printed paper cap provides a unique dispensing system where products in liquid form can be dispersed through a fiber tip after breaking the glass vial inside specialty package system.
