The Eaton family of general purpose relays includes the Type AA, power and plug-in relays including the D2, D3, D4, D5, D7, D8, and D9 series relays. These general purpose relays provide a compact design that can be panel or DIN rail mounted.
Mini Control Relays
The Cutler-Hammer D12 Series of relays provide for a wide range of applications, including small electrical motors up to 5hp. because of it's size, the line is best suited to be applied in light duty loads such as hoisting, packaging, material handlin, heating, lighting and automatino systems.
Machine Tool Relays
Fixed Contact Relays - The Cutler-Hammer BF/BFD Series of relays are a fixed contact industrial control line of relays. Offering the BF as AC operated with a 300V maximum and the BFD as DC operated with 250V. Available in any combination of NO and NC from two to twelve poles. The D15 Series - Freedom 600V Multipole relay is a basic 4-pole relay that will accept a front-mounted contact pole deck and/or side-mounted contact block (one per side). In addition, a side-mounted solid-state timer or a front-mounted pneumatic timer can be added.
Convertible Contact Relays - The Cutler-Hammer AR/ARD Series of relays are convertible contact relays. Offering the AR series as AC operated available in either 4 or 6 pole configurations. For the ARD series, the number of poles cannot exceed four NC in any pole configuration.
Timer and Latch Attachement - Add to the flexibility of the BF/BFD and AR/ARD relays by employing these field-installed accessories. Solid state timers offer adjustable timing range, increased resolution on short time andjustments and minimal time-setting drift with age. The magnet latch provides a means for momentary operation and latching, yet the latch coil is continuosly rated for longevity. The latch plunger is adjustable for optimum performance.
Sensing and Monitoring Relays
Current Sensing Relays - The AC current relay senses a preset current value and operates a SPDT relay whose contacts may be used in a control circuit. Unlike apparatus intended for motor or branch circuit protection, the current relay provides a continuously adjustable trip-current setting.
Resistance Sensing Relays - Type Cutler-Hammer TF and TH Transistorized Relays are resistance sensitive devices. Operation of the output or control relay occurs when the resistance in the sensing circuit is low enough to permit transistor conduction.
Voltage Sensing Relays - The Cutler-Hammer VSR voltage sensing relays are highly accurate,solid-state, AC voltage sensing devices available in both overvoltage and undervoltage types. They include built-in locking shaft potentiometers for voltage and
differential adjustment.
Voltage Monitoring Relays - Voltage Monitoring Relays protect distribution systems supplying motor feeder or branch circuits against premature equipment failure caused by voltage faults on three-phase systems wye or delta connected.
Ground Fault Relays and Line Monitors - The Cutler-Hammer D64 Ground Fault Relays are designed to provide reliable detection of ground fault conditions on three-phase AC resistance grounded or solidly grounded electrical distribution systems. Type D64L ground fault monitors are designed to monitor ungrounded supplies on 3-phase AC power systems up to 600V.If an insulation fault develops
anywhere on the system between the source and the load, the D64L will detect it and give an alarm or trip, depending on the adjustable .eld settings selected.
Terminal Block Relays - Part of the C383 family of DIN mountable terminals blocks and relays, they are plug-in process interface relays utilizing screw clamp technology. The relays are designed for interposing relay applications where a significant amount of panel space would typically be required.
Timing Relays
Pneumatic Timers - Cutler-Hammer Type D80 Timers are supplied only as complete devices with Switch Block(s) and Solenoid assembled. The Solenoids and Switch Blocks can be used for replacement or conversion of D80 Timers.
Solid-State Timers - The Cutler-Hammer TR Timing Relay features 8 selectable timing ranges in one compact device. One of two operating modes is also selectable by DIP switch. The TRN relay can be configured as an ON Delay or an interval timing relay.
Accessories - Accessories and renewal parts including contact replacements, pole attachments, auiliary contacts and mounting channel.
