The Holjeron BusBlock Analog Output Module is designed to handle small amounts of analog outputs in a limited amount of space. The BusBlock Analog Output Module has four channels, with each channel using bus power. Each output can be either a separate SDS address, or can be configured to be four embedded objects within a single SDS address. Field terminations are captive screw terminals. Each output has its own LED indication for immediate verification of I/O states. Other BusBlock products include an 8 point configurable digital module as well as analog and frequency modules.

These economical plug and play data acquisition modules are ideal for monitoring process, manufacturing, quality control, testing, or lab environments. Units feature multifunction I/O, digital I/O, temperature measurement capabilities, and integrated screw terminals - eliminating the need for external cable connections. The external green LED confirms communication to your PC. The rugged compact design is perfect for harsh environments and for saving valuable benchspace. All modules are fully compatible with USB 1.1 as well as USB 2.0, and are powered by the 5 volt USB supply from your computer.

Model 18200-00 features eight channels SE and four channels differential analog inputs with 12-bit resolution (11-bit in SE mode), 1.2 kS/sec sampling rate for up to 4000 samples, 16 digital I/O bits, 1 counter, external trigger input, and 2 10-bit D/A's. Configure each digital port independently for either input or output.

Model 18200-10 features all the same functions as 18200-00, but provides a faster sample rate of 50 kS/sec.

Model 18200-20 provides eight, simultaneously sampled, 16-bit analog inputs with a continuous high accuracy, high-speed total throughput of 200 kS/sec, 8-bits of digital I/O, and a 32-bit counter capable of counting TTL pulses.

Model 18200-30 provides eight temperature inputs for eight different thermocouple types (J, K, T, R, S, B, N, E), 2-, 3-, or 4-wire RTD's, thermistors, and semiconductor temperature sensors, eight bits of digital I/O, 500 V of isolation, and built-in ambient temperature sensing ensuring high accuracy measurements. Each channel provides the capability of monitoring any of the supported input types, allowing you to mix and match the sensor measurement without the need of additional signal conditioning.

Model 18200-40 features eight thermocouple input channels (J, K, T, R, S, B, N, E), eight bits of digital I/O, 500 V of isolation, and built-in ambient temperature sensing ensuring high accuracy measurements.

Software Suite

The included software suite provides four software programs (listed below) and are supported by TracerDAQ Pro, DASYLaband LabVIEW are compatible with Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP/Vista operating systems.

TracerDaq Pro-provides four virtual instruments: strip chart, oscilloscope, function generator and rate generator. Data is logged as a text or excel file, and allows you to save graphical displays as bitmaps.

InstaCal-installation, test, and calibration application software that detects new hardware and configures your computer, making a module ready to take accurate measurements. Set and store special features and configurations based on application requirements.

Universal Library-this set of programming libraries and drivers is compatible with all the popular Windows-based programming languages. Software is built upon individual functions, each of which programs, triggers, reads from, or writes to the boards I/O components. Simplifies configurations and operation of all hardware with a single universal set of functions.

Universal Library for LabVIEW-provides LabVIEW drivers for hardware providing a powerful set of VI's and programming examples for LabVIEW.Supports LabVIEW version 6.0 or later.
