Temperature Data Logger - Miniature

The SL51T, SL52T and SL53T are self contained single channel temperature data loggers with the ability to record up to 8,000 data points. They operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C depending upon the model chosen. They are very small (about the same size as a watch battery) which enables them to be inserted into small items and packages.

The SL50R Button Reader™ interfaces to the RS232 or USB port of a PC and is totally compatible with the user friendly, TempIT-Lite operating software which enables the logger to be set up and the data read and displayed in graphical format. Data can be stored and retrieved at a later time. The software can be up-graded to TempIT-Pro which provides various additional features such as data table view, export data to spreadsheet, email graphs, snap to trace, and automated MKT Calculations etc.

Each of the three models have specific advantages:

  • SL51T - Lowest cost, water resistant
  • SL52T - Water resistant, larger memory and faster sample rates
  • SL53T - High temperature, water resistant

The SL52T and SL53T also have a "start when alarm" function which inhibits data logging until the data logger has been in an alarm condition. Ideal for temperature related fault finding.

Starter kits are available for all three models. The Starter kits contain up to five data logging buttons, the communication interface, a single plastic holder and a copy of the TempIT-Pro software - offering good savings if all items were purchased separately. All SL50 series data loggers and starter kits are available to purchase online by clicking on the relevant "buy now" button in the table below.

The SL50-ACC01 is a water tight enclosure that allows the SL51T, SL52T and SL53T data loggers to be used in more hostile environments than the standard buttons. Constructed from 316 stainless steel the two part enclosure is sealed on an o-ring and provides greater protection in high pressure (up to 10 Bar), deep water (over 100m) or fluid monitoring as well as aggressive chemical applications.

HygroLog - Humidity and Temperature Data Logger

The HygroLog is compact, accurate and calibration free

The HygroLog is available in two configurations: with or without LC display. On both models, the temperature range of measurements can be widened by using a cable to remote the probe from the data logger.

With the six different probes that are available and the ability to record 5000 data points of relative humidity and temperature, HygroLog units are well suited for a variety of different applications.

• HygroLog (Logger) operating range: 0...100%RH and -10...50°C with alkaline batteries (-20...70°C with lithium batteries)

• HygroLogD (Logger) operating range: 0...100%RH and -10...50°C with alkaline batteries (limited due to digital display)

• Probe operating range: 0...100%RH and -40...85°C (use extension cable for full temperature range)

• Accuracy (at 23°C): better than +/- 1.5%RH and +/- 0.5°F

• Interchangeable probes can be separated from electronics by up to 5 m (16ft) cable

• Fully programmable: start/stop or loop recording, alarms, °C/°F, etc.

• Memory capacity of 5,000 humidity-temperature data points

• Up to 1 year operation without battery replacement

• Direct RS232 communication with the serial port of a PC

• Powerful, user friendly Windows based software

New Low-Cost Level Logger

The DCX-ECO is an autonomous, accu powered instrument. It features a stainless steel 18 mm in diameter housing designed to record water depth (pressure) and temperature over long periods at a very economical price. Its small size, reloadable accu and vented gauge (VG) option are just a few of the many advantages provided by the DCX-ECO.

The electronics employ the latest microprocessor technology which give high accuracy and resolution for the pressure and temperature signals.

The measured values are mathematically compensated for all linearity and temperature errors of the pressure sensors. The use of a non-volatile memory ensures high data security.

DCX-ECO

The sensor, electronics and the accu are housed in a fully welded stainless steel tube, for submersible deployment. For data read-out the DCX-ECO must be recovered from the measurement point. The end cap, sealed by two O-Rings, is then removed to access the data port.

The DCX-ECO works with an absolute pressure sensor. In shallow water depths where the influence of barometric pressure changes should be considered, it is recommended that a second data logger (Baro) is placed at the surface, to record the barometric pressure. The PC then calculates the differential pressure resp. the water depth by subtracting the two measured values.

Optional: DCX-ECO with cable to surface

An optional sealed cable is available for the DCX-ECO, enabling data retrieval and reloading of the accu without removing the DCX-ECO.

DCX-ECO VG

Vented Gauge option available on request. The DCX-ECO can be connected to the GSM-1 or GSM 2 moduls for wireless data transfer.

Logger 4.x

The Logger 4.x-Software is delivered along with the interface cable K103A (RS232) or K104A (USB). The software is compatible with Windows(≥ Windows 95) and allows to configure and read out our KELLER data loggers (DCX and Leo Record).

The measuring values may be graphically displayed, exported, air pressure compensated or converted into other units.

The Online-function shows the actual values of the instrument. The Logger includes the Reader and Writer.

Greyline Instruments, Inc.
Stingray Portable Open Channel Flow Logger

A new, portable logger for area-velocity flow surveys in sewers, open pipes and channels. Stingray is designed for municipal stormwater, combined effluent, raw sewage, irrigation water and stream flow.

Stingray Portable Open Channel Flow Logger

Stingray uses a submerged ultrasonic sensor to measure both Velocity and Level in the channel. It operates up to 4 years powered by standard Alkaline D-cell batteries. Electronics are housed in a watertight IP67 enclosure and rated for operation from –4° to 140°F. Each Stingray includes Greyline Logger software to retrieve and display logged data by RS232 or modem connection.

No calibration is required. The sensor is mounted at the bottom of the pipe or channel and the Stingray logger stores level and velocity readings. When the log file is downloaded to your computer, the Greyline Logger software calculates flow for round, rectangular, trapezoid and egg shaped channels plus flumes and weirs.

The Stingray uses a completely sealed ultrasonic sensor to measure water level, velocity and temperature. It requires a minimum of 1" (25.4 mm) water level and can measure up to 15 ft (4.5 m) depth. A stainless steel mounting bracket is included and optional pipe bands are available in various sizes.
