These new 10 mm pitch belts are nondirectional in that they have the same meshing performance in both directions of belt travel. They are also polygon-free in that they are smooth when rolling around pulleys thanks to contact with flat belt area. In addition, they minimize noise and vibration plus offer a homogenous distribution of forces in the belt to ensure that no force components act laterally thanks to their symmetrical cone geometry and balanced tension member arrangement. They are made from polyurethane and are reinforced with steel tensile-cords for added strength. These belts are stocked in both double-and triple-row configurations in endless belt lengths from 500 mm to 1000 mm lengths. Belt stock is also available in 50 meter lengths. Conidrive™ pulleys are stocked in single-, double- and triple-row types featuring nonchordal action. They incorporate the patented Fairloc® integral hubs. The Fairloc® nonmarring shaft hub consists of two slots that are machined into the hub, one radially the other angularly, to create a transverse wedge which remains attached to the solid portion of the hub on one side. The resultant cantilevered clamping section has a tapped hole to accept a cap screw which passes through a clearance hole in the solid portion of the hub, and into a threaded hole in the transverse wedge section.

The CS20 Series is designed to offer economical solutions to system engineering challenges. With a flat belt width of as small as 12mm, the conveyors can be installed easily in locations with small gaps or narrow spaces. Standard belt widths are available up to 200mm, with lengths between pulleys from 132mm to 1000mm. Single belt designs have capacities up to 1000 grams. Multiple belt designs (driven by the same motor) can accommodate weights to 4000 grams. Custom lengths and speeds are available. All CS20 Series conveyors are delivered as a complete package, including motors and drives (AC or DC, fixed or variable speed.) The complete ASG Automation line includes conveyors, slides, grippers, pick & place units, rotary actuators and modular vacuum components.

Fenner Drives, Precision Products Division offers a wide array of flat belts for transfer and light duty, power transmission applications. Belts can be manufactured with or without reinforcements with elastomer options that include urethane, neoprene, Hypalon, EPDM, and silicone. Stretch, semi-stretch, and no-stretch belts are available with anti-static properties and can be obtained in various durometers and surface impressions. Locating ribs can be added for accurate tracking and belts can be perforated with a variety of hole patterns for drying or vacuum applications.

Stretch Belts
Un-reinforced belts are available in urethane, Hypalon, EPDM, and silicone. Stretch belts provide the necessary elasticity to be used in light duty transfer applications where no mechanical tensioner is used. Belt length is determined by component dimensions and material choice. Consideration for tension decay is included in the final length.

Semi-stretch Belts
Semi-stretch belts are available in urethane, Hypalon, EPDM, and silicone with a woven reinforcement. They are designed for medium duty fixed center drive applications. Final belt length is determined with consideration to mechanical component dimensions and reinforcement decay factors under load.

No-Stretch Belts
No-stretch belts are available in urethane, Hypalon, EPDM, and silicone. Belts can be manufactured with a truly woven or wound endless construction for applications where tight thickness tolerances and minimal vibration is sought. For more traditional conveying applications, wrapped endless belts can be provided.
No-stretch belts are used where tensile strength and length stability are design essential. Adjustable centers must be incorporated in your mechanical design to compensate for tolerance stack-up and proper installed tension.
